Tap pour at the taproom in Casper. Served chilled in a pint glass.
Clear, medium amber colored body. Creamy off white colored head. Leaves behind creamy lacing strings.
Aroma of toasted grain malts and a whiff of nuts.
Taste follows the nose with sweet toasted malts leasing the way. Flavors of caramel, toffee, and nuts. All flavors mellow in the aftertaste.
Medium mouthfeel. Coats the mouth. Metallic note at the end. Low bitterness. Excellent carbonation, with the head following body down to the bottom of the glass.
Made to style with sweet malty notes.
