Bugu Brewing

I stopped in at Bugu Brewing a week or so ago while bumming around Monroe. When I was there, they had 7 beers and a shandy on tap, with an interesting assortment of styles: dunkelweizen, 2 IPAs, California common, cinnamon stout, sour, and an "Australian sparkling ale", described as being somewhere between a pale and a blonde. I was particularly impressed by the dunkelweizen, but overall the beers were all nicely done.

They've got a small but welcoming taproom in a strip mall. There's no bar seating, but there are 8 or 10 tables there; like I said, pretty small. Some baseball memorabilia adorns the walls and there was baseball on the one TV. I'd definitely return to Bugu sometime!
