Hazy dark maize, nearing orange, with a dense off-white head leaving stalactite curtains.
This beer is a dichotomy. While hazy in appearance, and juicy in taste, it's also chewy, woody and piney. It then turns back to a touch of soft and biscuity shortbread before again hitting West Coast notes of crackery dankness, swerving back one last time to New England qualities by finishing chalk dry.
