Muddled hard cider brown with a tall and creamy khaki head of nitro density.
The smoothly thick head slowly gives way to a lightly leafy malt cut by a medium bitterness that has a sort of minerality to it, perhaps reminding me a touch of Sam Smith's but a little less quaffably so. In that way, it's kind of like an English mild, but stronger, though a smoothing hint of milk chocolate crops up as it warms.
