ONE PINT can
Served in a pokal glass
This beer pours dark brown with some ruby highlights when held to the light. It is topped with a slim tan head that doesn't stick around long.
The cocoa and the nutmeg are the aromas that really stand out to me. Chocolate and orange come out as it warms with the nutmeg ever-present.
The first few sips overpowered my senses with the spices. Eventually, the cocoa cracked through and the spices subsided. The cocoa becomes more dominant with the spices taking a complimentary role.
Medium bodied with a smooth mouthfeel
It you like spices in your stout then check this beer out. It is widely available on a limited basis only at the taproom.
