Poured from an undated can purchased at the brewery.
A - Dark brown color hides the interior well. A lovely tight knit mocha cap resides. Excellent formation and retention
S - Touch of char, chocolate malt, notes of piney hops
T - Nice flavor group with those cocoa notes balanced against, piney bitterness
M - Creamy on the palate, with again a lovely balance of semi sweet and bitter
O - A very good stout with that northwest hop bite
