This is our first IPA brewed as part of our experimental IPA series. We brewed this beer using Kveik Yeast, a Norwegian Strain that is known to ferment quickly at higher temperatures. The Hopping for this beer consists of using Cashmere, Rakau and Nelson Sauvin hops.
