From the bottle, it pours a clear golden color with a nice white head that leaves lacing as you enjoy the brew. Scent is light malt, as is the taste, Very decent brew.

It looks like a Helles, which means golden hues under a snow white head. The flavor is really really good. It's got a lot of Pilsner malt all over the tongue, but not too sweet, and in the background a little bit of bitterness to keep it balanced. Overall, a very good Helles.

Half litre bottle poured into pint shaker.

A: Golden, clear, small head which disappeared fairly quickly, quite a lot of bubbles.

S: Small hint of malt, barely had an aroma.

T: Clean, malt forward, tiniest hint of grain at the finish.

M: Slightly thick texture for the style, low carbonation.

O: Not the best Bavarian Helles, but drinkable.
