Straw yellow color, pale and clear; sparse and coarse carbonation; inital thick white head, loosely soapy texture, soon diminishes to a thin, frothy appearance. Excellent smell; cracker and toasted bread crust; noble hop spiciness. Light malt with moderate hop bitterness comprise the taste; soda cracker; clean; light hop spiciness. Medium-light body; crisp; slight warmth with a moderate dryness at the finish.
Minor appearance and mouthfeel flaws do not take away from the great aroma and balanced taste.
