Chachalacas are plain, chicken-like birds, whose "song" sounds like it's nName. The beer you ask? A modern take on the west coast IPA featuring Nelson Sauvin, Citra, Mosaic, Columbus, and Simcoe. Crushable.

Clear, golden body; thick, frothy head, white; rings of foam encircle the inside of the glass. The nose exudes a mellow sweetness with fruity esters; pome fruits like pear and apple. Light malt flavor; bold hop bitterness; Nelson Savin hops in particular make their presence known. Medium body; crisp; overall medium dryness.
This tasty beer is well-rounded, crisp, sporting a great balance between its malts and hop varietals. Very tasty.
