Bit of a throwback IPA. Poured from a screw top crowler. Amber color with no haze and a small head. Aroma of caramel malt and citrus hops. Flavor is sweeter than what I prefer but relatively dry compared to the hazy IPAs of today. Citrus hops with a solid malt backbone. Bitterness is somewhat low so I believe there was a lot of dry hopping involved. Soft carbonation with a rich body gives this a creamy texture. I don't think any oats or wheat was used in the brew.
