Got from LesDewitt4beer from the GB tasting. 16 ounce can into willi becher glass, no can dating. Pours lightly hazy golden yellow color with a 1-2 finger fairly dense and fluffy white head with great retention. Some residual yeast in bottom of the can. Reduces to a small cap that lingers with spotty soapy lacing. Aromas of lemon, pear, apple, cracker, white bread dough, herbal, floral, grass, light peppercorn, and yeast earthiness. Taste follows with lemon, pear, apple, cracker, white bread dough, herbal, floral, grass, peppercorn, pine, and yeast earthiness. Light-medium pine/herbal/spicy bitterness on the finish. Medium-plus carbonation and light-medium body. Fairly crisp/clean/refreshing finish. Balanced bready/grainy malt and sticky/light resinous hop mouthfeel. Very clean malt showcase and balanced noble hop presence. Not overly fruity/yeasty. No complaints. Spot on style.

From undated 16oz can to imperial pint glass shows a clear yellow-gold body and briefly supports a 1/2" cap of thin, white bubbles that bursts to nothing and leaves the glass clean behind.
Aroma is mostly corn, but faint hints of yeast and grape must peak through.
Flavor matches led by the malt with a clean crisp finish.
Overall a solid kolsch.

16 oz can into a pokal.
L: SRM 3 pours clear medium-light caramel color with a thin dull white soapy head that goes to edge froth, a mix of steady carbonation bubbles, a few spots of dotted lacing.
S: Bready Pilsner malts, yeast, white grape, distant fruit.
T: Lightly fruity, pear, a touch of honey, white grape, distant apple, gently sweet malts, has a smooth fruit aftertaste of light citrus, tastes are clean with a touch of pastry dough in the finish.
F: Crisp medium-light bodied feel with a medium-short fairly drying finish.
O: I'm happy to support music education for underprivileged youth. A benefit brewery and a pretty good beer. Located in Lowertown across from the Saint Paul Saints ballpark. A gently sweet Pils that is easy to drink and fits the style. It is very good.
