As a tip of the hat and a big nod to traditional ales across the proverbial pond, we crafted up an English-Style Mild as a our House Pub Ale. The malt bill is made up of 100 percent British Malts. Maris Otter, Golden Naked Oats, Pale Chocolate, Crystal T-50, Dextrin, and Brown Malt meld together to offer up varied notes of toast, nuttiness, light toffee, Tootsie Rolls, and a wisp of roast. And while malt is undoubtedly the star of the show, a traditional English yeast strain adds slight notes of oaky wood and a bit o' body too.

Crowler can. Fill date is marked as '3-1 (2023)'. Label lists the ABV% at 4.1.
Clear, deep amber colored body. Two fingers of beige colored head, which retreats to a skim cap. Leaves behind webs of lacing.
Aroma is full of malts - toasted, molasses, and a bit of chocolate.
Taste is mostly malts, with the flavors of slightly burnt toast, toffee, oak, nuts, and a bit of chocolate. Burnt toast extends into the aftertaste.
Fuller body, and medium plus mouth feel. Good carbonation.
Sessionable brew that is full of malt flavors and has a bit of heft in the body.

A very enjoyable English Pale Ale and it is something you don't find at breweries anymore. If was pulled from a beer engine it would be a damn fine beer.
