Built on a base of local MN pilsner malt, with smacks of dextrin, malted oats, white wheat, torrified wheat, and flaked wheat in the mix as well. A lil' dab of Estate Grown Comet hops lend delicate balance while providing a wisp of fruitiness. Our favorite house sour yeast strain tosses off that good ol' tartness. And the dual stars of the show, cherry and pomegranate purees, team up to lend their talents to the whole.
