IPA - American
Found on 8/7/24. Grainy and herbalized nose. Crispy pine and effervescent lightly malted grains with a dry, leafy backdrop. Subtle watercress and fruity currents ride underneath. Easy vibe but kinda fun with its balanced malt and hop combo.

Three-finger started head that settles in a lumpy way. Some inconsistent lacing as it recedes. The liquid brilliant gold and nearly clear.
Light, mostly dry caramel smell to start. Flowery nondescript hop finishes the aroma. More creamy malt than floral bitterness.
The taste is shows more bitterness than the smell indicates. The soft pale malt has a creaminess to it both in body and in flavor. The hop is creates a more bitter than balanced finish. Moderate aftertaste.

Pours a pale yellow color with a minimal head. A bit of brewery floor in the aroma that I don't really care for. Taste is different, not really sure how to describe it, A bit of brewery floor also comes across in the taste with a bit of a floral hoppiness. Overall, it strikes me as a somewhat immature beer. It's drinkable, but there's nothing that would make me want to seek this out again.
