On tap at the source.
A - Pitch black pour with thin caramel colored lacing.
S - Aroma is powerful with all chocolate, chocolate roast, some chocolate char, and a little bit of coffee. I don't believe it's supposed to be part of the flavor profile but getting a delicate trace of sour / tart nuance on the very back side.
T - Chocolate, chocolate roast, some chocolate char, and a little bit of coffee. I don't believe it's supposed to be part of the flavor profile but getting a delicate trace of tart nuance buried deep in the mix.
M - Carbonation runs low with a big medium body, silky texture.
O - Serving temp is too cold for a big Imperial Stout and needs more CO2 on the texture, a bit flat.
