A - Medium gold with light carbonation and a dense creamy layer of foam resting on top that doesn't dissipate.
S - Hay, straw, light citrus, and some earthy spicy presence.
T - Subtle malt backbone with some delicate graham / honey (not very prevalent in the flavor mix). Where this beer really shines is with the Saaz hops and gives a nice, earthy, spicy finish with a hint of floral.
M - Medium body with light carbonation and a surprisingly wet finish (initially). The hops eventually settle in and the palate dries out after about a minute.
O - I hope RR continues to brew this one because it's a winner.
