A fruit bouquet full of citrus, tropical fruit, and floral notes. A 100% Pilsner Malt base gives the hops their chance to shine and leads to a crisp and crushable West Coast IPA

A little thin on mouthfeel, but taste is fine. Run of the mill, down the middle, but solid flavor

Had this towards the end of the drinking session at North 5th. Might have been their only ipa. Was out that way for a conference in October 2022. Still writing the first review for this Next Glass owned entity almost a year later. Traffic down bad. I'm Mike Jones, Mike Jones, Mike Jones. That dude cracks me up. Got the rap game sewn up.
Pours golden with the light hint of amber to it. Dark gold I guess to say the least. Thin 1/4" white head. The aroma was generically hoppy. Seemed more bittering old school hop than proprietary aroma hops. They claim Mosaic, but if so, must be a small proportion compared to the Amarillo and Cascade (way more Cascade especially, but I really like that hop).
The taste is standard Cascade hop ipa bitterness, grapefruit rind and pine throughout. Mosaic just didn't pop for me at all, the dank is quite understated and therefore exaggerated. The mouthfeel is the best part as it does have a crisp and snappy finish. Friendly place and people works for me.
