So last October they sent me to Las Vegas for work, usually there 1-2 times a year, but you know, all those separation of powers constitutional violations and overall loss of freedom in the name of crony capitalism. No freedom for you. Anyhoo, we were located way north, so closest brewery was this place. And hey, they were friendly, the location is decent, sorry to have to do this to you. Plays taps. Anyhoo, I didn't just add the beer almost a year later, I am also doing a review because I'm cool.
Pours more yellow than amber. 1/3" white head. Decent. The aroma brought a metallic bitterness instead of any grain, leaf or caramel light notes. Problematic, as the strugglers say.
The taste is much the same way, mild 2 row grain feels, but not really much in the way of an oktoberfest's fall leanings as spoke of in the aroma department. Mouth feel is the most disappointing, too much metallic bitterness when I'm looking for chill fall space smoothness. Rough exposure for the first beer from a brewery, but the rest of the selections got better.
