Żywiec Białe beer is distinguished by its crisp taste, which it owes to its mild bitterness and a note of coriander. A white wheat beer, belonging to the lighter beers. It is distinguished by its refreshing taste and natural turbidity. It contains everything that is best about wheat beer. It is light and delicate, and is further attracted by the addition of coriander. The foam is white, abundant and holds perfectly in the glass.

Świnoujście 31/7 2019. 50 cl bottle in the Caféteria on the Ferry going from Świnoujście to Ystad. Light grey version of Zywiec' usual label design.
Pours slightly unclear yellow with a small white head. Settles as thin patchy layer of foam unable of covering the surface of the beer. No lacing.
Aroma is medium intense and quite typical Wit bier. Malty sweet with the Wheat peeking in. Lemonade-ish with citrus and orange upon a sugary background.
Medium strong carbonation. Thin, watery, lightly tingling texture.
Flavor is medium sweet followed by medium sour bitter. Aftertaste is sweetish. Lingers for a short while.
Middle of the road, generic Witbier. A strange companion to very brown meatballs and over-boiled potatoes. But so is life if you are served on the Świnoujście Ferry.

Hazy, yellow, with a big white head, this beer smells of wheat malt and coriander. It has a sweet, malty taste with spices. It is too sweet, even for a witbier, but it is drinkable.

Poured from a brown 16.9 oz. bottle. Has a golden color with a 1/2 inch head. Smell is of citrus, spices. Taste follows the aroma but more pronounced, light wheat is present .Feels medium bodied in the mouth and overall is a good quality beer.

I tried this beer off the tapper at the Renaissance Hotel near the Warsaw airport. It poured a hazy golden with thin white head that left a little lace. The scent had bold clove and banana notes. The taste was nicely balanced and easy to drink with hefe flare of banana and clove presence. The mouthfeel was lighter in the and had good carbonation. Overall it is a great beer.
