This is their Austrian Pilsner brewed with aged hops. 3 year old Noble hops of unknown varietal.
Pours a clear golden with two fingers of bright white head into a 1L dimpled glass stein.
Nose of herbal hops. Very subtle.
Mouthfeel was medium light with limited carbonated influence.
Taste very much follows the nose with sweet, crackery malt followed by that subtle Noble hop character and balancing bitterness.
Overall a very tasty beer.
