Clear amber brew with adequate foam in the tumbler. Modest cereal aroma with resiny nose. Clean and tangy taste with a light body. Minimal carbonation in the mouth. Rather plain and not much rice taste in the flavor. On tap at Heritage Barbecue in San Juan Capistrano.
