Rated “5” on selection because it’s one of the few brew pubs that I’ve visited that sold their beer in 6-packs out of their glass door fridge at a price below local grocery store price. Besides that, they’re damn friendly and their German varieties are excellent.

Located up on the North side of town, near to a few other breweries. They've taken over the old Boneyard Brewing facility and started up Van Henion, with a focus on German beer. These were some of the most beautiful beers I've ever seen, each one a delight to look at. And the quality was there also, their kölsch was divine. It was a quiet Friday afternoon while we were there and the service was great plenty of parking too. If you're looking for a lager in Bend, then this is the place.
