Tap pour at the taproom. Served chilled in a nonic glass.
Clear, pale gold colored body. White head, which dissipates to islands and aring. Leaves behind webs and spots of lacing.
Aroma of citrus and pine, with a malty base.
Taste is pleasantly bitter, with flavors of orange, grapefruit, and pine resin. Solid malt base. Aftertaste features the bitter pine but allows the mellowness of sweeter citrus.
Medium mouthfeel. Stings the tongue. Good carbonation.
Fits for the West Coast IPA style, with excellent clarity.
