Malt bill is 2 Row, Flaked Wheat and Oat Malt. We used Citra, Mosaic and El Dorado for the hops. There is a tiny bit of Mosaic used in the kettle just for a few IBUS and a little mid palate flavor punch. The rest of the hops are all dry hop additions added mid ferment, which will give that nice juicy punch and keep the bitterness low and the beer soft.
