House notes. This IPA was first brewed back in 1993, beer pattern after what was the first Sierra Nevada celebration ale. The IP is back then had more of a sweetness till balance out with large bitter flavor and aroma of hops. You will get lost in the caramel mountain sweetness in the first followed by bitterness finish using his dry and it's better at the end
