Pours a filtered, golden-amber color with a white head, which vanishes immediately to a thin layer of lacing.
Smells of toffee, potatoe peel and dried leaves, with smoothing straw foundation to it.
Has a fitting higher carbonation with an effervescent, refreshing finish, among its light, well composed body.
Tastes of marzipan, toffee, wet grass and gets defined by white bread dough during the beginning. Gets even sweeter during the mid palate with a cleansing finish, smoothing out the balance by adding a herbal dryness among minerals and dough coated toffee.
Very nice, well balanced, crisp and refreshing, everything you could ask for in a Märzen.
