Pours a filtered copper color, with a huge, froth head.
Smells of rich straw, wheat, soft cakey malts and a noble hop presence.
Has a medium high carbonation which stays in perfect balance to the lighter, crisp and refreshing body of the beer.
Tastes of a white bread dough accompanied sweeter maltiness with a slight coppery infusion. A subtle earth component adds to the beer's appearance as a late hop presence comes up in the finish, slightly dry with lots of herbs.
Perfectly balanced Kellerbier with a great dryness, countering the initially maltiness effectivly.
