Brewed with classic German malts and fermented cold, Sacred Spring is lovingly layered for maximum crushability. Soft, bready malt with hints of rustic bread crust and just a touch of rich caramel. An elegant, complex malt profile that finishes dry, begging your palate for another sip.

Poured from 16oz can into a dimpled mug. Canned 10/1/23.
Appearance: rich copper-orange hue with barely a hint of haze and a thick finger of frothy light-tan foam. Looks really great, actually.
Smell: lightly sweet and malty with a nice autumnal graininess and a very light biscuit character. I admit that biscuitiness is one of my least favorite aromas in most beers, but here, it’s appropriate to the style (and thankfully pretty low in the mix).
Taste: nice malt flavor with just the right amount of sweetness, balanced by a hint of astringency and a light bitterness. The toasty, nutty, and (yes) biscuity malt character are all quite nice here. A good beer!
Mouthfeel: medium body but with a nice big carbonation and a good creaminess for the style.
Overall: a very solid Vienna lager indeed. Highly drinkable, and I’ll definitely look for this again.
