Poured from 16oz can into a dimpled mug. Canned 4/14/24.
Appearance: pale golden hue with a mild haze and a finger of frothy ivory foam atop.
Smell: lightly sweet malt with a slightly tropical, almost-tangy hop aroma. It’s nice, but it’s a bit light in intensity.
Taste: again, not too sweet, with a sort-of passionfruity tropical hop flavor. It’s definitely a pale ale and not some big juicy IPA, but that being said, it’s a solid pale ale.
Mouthfeel: medium body with a good carbonation and creaminess.
Overall: this is a lovely beer to drink out in the sunshine; I just wish it had a bit more heft to the aroma.
