Poured from 16oz can into a dimpled mug. Canned 4/13/25.
Appearance: pale yellow hue with a moderate haze and a thick head of frothy ivory foam.
Smell: a nicely earthy, cereal-y aroma of bread and crackers, along with a lightly grassy, almost noble hop character. It's quite nice.
Taste: moderately sweet with a pronounced hop character -- there's bitterness, but it fades quickly. This beer is definitely light, but it has a welcoming, homey earthiness.
Mouthfeel: medium-light body with a decent carbonation and okay creaminess.
Overall: because of that lightness, it's incredibly drinkable. I could sit out on the porch for hours drinking this.
