This West Coast IPA features an all-star roster of big leaguers that includes Cryo Simcoe, Citra, and Southern Hemisphere phenom, Peacharine. This grand slam of a fruit-forward IPA is balanced by a dry body and hint of bready malt.

Poured from 16oz can into a glass mug. Canned 5/4/25.
Appearance: medium yellow-orange hue with a dash of haze and a thick head of ivory foam atop.
Smell: rather a sweet malt aroma with a very fresh citrus aroma, with a focus on a grapefruit character. I like this type of WCIPA - not too dry.
Taste: like the aroma, the malt is sweet, but the grapefruit character is bright and juicy (but in a West Coast way), and really hits the spot for me. Very good!
Mouthfeel: medium body with a decent carbonation and creaminess.
Overall: I'm not always a huge fan of WCIPAs, but this just has a lovely juicy citrus character and just the right amount of sweetness, but still with a classic hop bitterness of the style. Really, really good.
