This easy-drinking Bavarian-style golden lager combines three simple ingredients—our favorite German malt, our favorite German hop, and our favorite German yeast—to build a delicately bready beer that is immensely crushable and pairs perfectly with sunny days at the beach, brisk evenings by the campfire, and weekends in Sunnyside.
Hops: Hallertau Mittelfruh
Malts: Extra Pale Premium Pilsner

Poured from 16oz can into a dimpled mug. Canned 5/27/25.
Appearance: medium yellow-golden hue with just a tiny dash of haze and a thick head of frothy ivory foam.
Smell: lightly sweet malt with a moderate graininess, plus a rather pronounced yeasty character. Hops are light, but they do come through with a little grassy noble character. Very balanced.
Taste: like the aroma, a good balance of sweetish malt character with a dash of dry graininess that gets a little more pronounced at the end. Again, hops are light, but there's a subtle earthy, grassy flavor here. I really like it.
Mouthfeel: medium body with a good carbonation and creaminess for the style.
Overall: a very drinkable beer: light but flavorful and goes down super easy.
