Poured from 16oz can into a dimpled mug. Canned 8/5/25.
Appearance: pale yellow-gold hue with a dash of haze and a finger of frothy ivory foam atop.
Smell: slightly sweet malt with a dash of grainy character and a nice yeastiness. I like it.
Taste: moderately sweet and a bit grainier than the aroma, The hops have a nice, light, grassy quality to them: somewhere between floral and citrus. Bitterness is a little high, but appropriate for a Czech pilsner. It’s tasty!
Mouthfeel: medium body with a good carbonation and creaminess.
Overall: a very drinkable pilsner! Maybe.a little too sweet to be truly “crisp”, but it’s still a lovely beer.
