This fluffy hazy IPA flits and fleets upon dreamy clouds saturated with pale oat malt. Balanced by a robust hopping of two of our faves, Citra and Nelson Sauvin, expect a soft mouthfeel bursting with flavorful aromatics of citrus, red berry, and a touch of beguiling tropical white wine.
Hops: Citra, Nelson Sauvin & Simcoe
Malts: Pilsner, Flaked Oats & Extra Pale White Wheat

I had this beer on-tap in a tulip glass at the brewery.
Appearance: pale yellow hue with plenty of haze and a finger of frothy ivory foam atop.
Smell: rather earthy with maybe a little dankness atop a somewhat sweet malt base. A nice hazy.
Taste: moderately sweet with an earthy and fruity hop flavor; kind of stone fruit and maybe a little passionfruit. There’s maybe a little hop burn. Overall I rather like it.
Mouthfeel: medium body with a good carbonation and actually a really nice, smooth creaminess.
Overall: I like this beer, but I think it could be a litte more refined, with a little less sort of hop-burn, vegetal aftertaste. It’s still good — it could maybe just be a little better.
