Purchased 32 oz can at brewery. Lovely golden yellow color. Delicious. Minimal lacing. Rich body. Minimal aftertaste. Nice example of the style. Worth the 7 hour drive to NH for the tasting. Brought several cans home.

Pours almost clear golden with a finger of white foam that fades to a ring and clings a bit. Aroma has some lemon and spicy yeast along with grassy notes. Flavor is more malty cracker with only subdued spice and slight bitter. Finish is slightly dry. Nothing really bad, nothing really great. Just okay.

look; cloudy bubbly golden, big foamy 2+" head, stays around and 1/8" never leaves. lacing stays
smell; biscuity malt, yeasty, grassy
taste; bready nice malt, honey, with a mild hop note that comes across a tiny bit tinny at the end
feel; a little smooth, a little crisp and carbonated, i'd like a little less carbonation but it works, adds to the crispness that differs from other alts.
overall; a nice refreshing alt that's close enough to classic to satisfy your alt craving but rough and lively enough to let you know you're drinking a small batch american craft beer

A fair brew at best. Bought a 6 ear and am currently trying to give it to guests.

Dirty gold color. Ample spots for lace. Light starting head.
Earthy with a strong barnyard aroma. Lots of raw grain. Oddly, I also smell fresh paint.
Pale malt with a berry sweetness. This Kölsch is very hopped for the style. Good balance. Rich body (again for the style). Short aftertaste.

On tap at The American Craft Beer Fest Yesterday.
Light fruity kind of watery and a bit thin, not horrible but could be better.

From the 12 fl. oz. bottle. Bottled on 05/09/15. Batch 615. Sampled on May 24, 2015.
Incredibly heady straw yellow pour. Lively and bubbly carbonation.
The aroma is sweet and exhibits the German toasted malts that are often associated with the style.
Light, crispy and refreshing body.
The taste is also toasty and sweet. Low to zero hop profile. Just enough to balance things out.
