From a 16 oz can with an Oct. 2025 date. Sampled Feb 21, 2026.
Amber-red pour underneath a large, foamy tan head. Good clarity.
Aromas of toasted malts, caramel, brown sugar, stone fruit and a low hop note.
Light-medium mouthfeel
Sweet, malt forward taste with a moderate bitterness and a moderate dry finish. Overall, it's decent.

Pours a lovely deep red color with a finely textured 1 inch head that' s reluctant to fade. Aroma is mild, mostly grainy and enticing. Made with locally sourced malts and the malts really shine here, but it's never sweet or overpowering - it's all abut balance with this beer. Mouthfeel is full and luxuriant, this brew is really delicious, one of the best winter ales I've had this year. This was canned on 12/19/2024. This is definitely worthy of your coin if you see it, I will probably be picking up another 4 pack before it disappears.

Absolutely loved this one on tap locally. Had a couple just to be sure. Eminently drinkable, such balance allowing delicious malt but never sticky or cloying. Delicious. I'll kick this one off with a big score.
