Sage Brewing Company

I visited Sage Brewing a few weeks back while passing through Pasco. On my visit, they had 7 of their beers on tap plus 2 guest beers and a cider. Styles included three IPAs, a hefeweizen, American lager, blond, and peanut butter stout. There are barrels on site, so presumably sometime in the future they'll have some barrel aged stuff, too. Of the beers I had, the American lager and the flagship IPA were the best, though neither was outstanding. The other IPAs were not quite up to par, in my opinion.

The taproom has super tall ceilings and feels cavernous, and there's an industrial vibe as the brewhouse shares the space. They've got a nice concrete bar, lots of tables and chairs, and a huge projection screen and a TV behind the bar that was showing baseball while I was there. I had a good time chatting with the bartender, he was friendly and knowledgeable.
