Birra Estiva or “Summer beer” in Italian is a classic taste inspired by the Amalfi Coast. From Positano to Amalfi itself, this is a refreshing Italian-style lager. Perfect for the Australian summer.

Purchased on site on January 2022 but not drunk until October. Too many beers to get through...
L: About as golden as a beer can get! Little to no head with a small rim around the edge. Evident carbonation.
S: Clean malt, a slight citrus note, and the edges of some yeast.
T: Clean and crisp with the same slight citrus note as in the aroma. Soft, biscuity malts. Very spritzy and refreshing.
M: Soft mouthfeel with low to medium carbonation, which enhances the spritzy and refreshing nature of the beer. Very nice!
O: This is a straightforward, unchallenging beer, but it admirably does its job of refreshing and recharging the palate. It could easily be drunk in bulk on a hot day.
Cheers!
