Steam Pilsners are fermented with Pilsner yeast at ale temperatures. Clarity Steam Pilsner is a tribute to Mexican Cerveza. The result is a crisp, clean and ultra light finish.

I visited the Sleepwalkers Spirits and Ale after my uncle's celebration of life with my sister. I had a taster of this beer off the tapper. It had many common characteristics of mellow pilsners. It was very smooth and easy to drink. The pizza at Sleepwalkers is excellent.

Pours a pale gold color with a minimal head that lasts quite a while. No discernable aroma. Taste is tangy with no hoppy bitterness. Smooth and refreshing.
