Twin Lights Brewing

On the one hand, Twin Lights Brewing is located in a nondescript suburban strip mall. On the other hand the location is extremely convenient (just off the Garden State Parkway) and they've created a fun and inviting space. It appears more spacious than the actual square footage with a good-sized bar, high tables, couches, and barrels. While the production area is adjacent to the tasting room the overall feel isn't industrial but homey - with a slightly Victorian motif. I was impressed by the atmosphere. The staff (including the brewer's dog Grizz) are extremely friendly and happy to talk beer with you. The whole place exudes friendliness. The beer is good and has improved a lot since they gypsy brewed. There is a fridge stocked with cans. Parking is abundant. This brewery is a very easy stop if you're traveling up or down the Parkway.
