Our spiced ale aged 6 months in Laws Bourbon barrels. Hints of honey, clove, cinnamon. This one definitely has a little funk, and really took on the taste of the barrel. Get it while it lasts!

Comes across like a bourbon old fashioned. Cinnamon and tart orange, big bourbon barrel in a funky way. Reminded me of the old school bourbon BA craze in the late 00’s.
Fairly smooth, though the light acidity could be a dealbreaker for some. It’s unique and complex, pretty raw and uncut too, which you don’t see much anymore these days. Nice that they’re experimenting with barrel-aging.
