Welcome to Cartel, I guess. First beer I’ve had from them. Dig Sahti—when done well—so yes please. So often these are not done well. Cartel. They do it well. Very well. Color me impressed. Classic phenolic yeasty notes, with bread in the background. Not overly juniper—but quite present and enjoyable. Well carbed. Clean. Touch of bitterness. Really nice example all around! Great into to what these brewers can do.
