I visited No Drought a few weeks back when exploring the valley brewery scene with a friend of mine. On my visit, they had 13 beers on tap plus a guest cider and a kombucha. Styles leaned heavily toward traditional German styles: doppelbock, schwarzbier, pilsner, Kölsch, Berliner weissbier, rauchbier, and even a Lichtenhainer! They've also got some IPAs, including a "German IPA", an Irish red, and a rye pale.
I had a flight, and the Berliner weissbier and Lichtenhainer were both excellent. I'd never had a Lichtenhainer before, and the subtle combination of smoke and sour was really interesting, and well-balanced. The schwarzbier and German IPA were also quite decent.
The build out is wood and steel, not quite industrial, and I thought it was really welcoming. The brewhouse is visible from taproom, which I always like, and there was some breweriana on display as well for a little accent. Service at the bar was great; we chatted with one of the owners.

Suburban Spokane, in a non-descript little two shop strip mall. Modern, open and lots of light inside. No outdoor seating to be seen at the time. Lots of tall wooden tables and chairs to go with. They have mainly and various German style beers which is good but the beer is mediocre.

real new spot in the valley here, focusing on german styles for the most part, great to see the scene here still expanding! great taproom space here that they have, bigger than it looks from the outside, despite the strip mall look its cozy inside, new looking and smelling, with what appears to be a single barrel brew system in the back, quite a lot of seating space, woodsy northwestern decor, immediately relaxed. i was impressed with the selection, lots of beers on the board, even though several were out, i guess they need some bigger fermenters already, which is so often the case. i had time for a decent hefeweizen and a better than average strong sticke alt type, hoppy and earthy and sturdy, and it was cool to see the range of german styles on, ambitious for a new place like this. it was nice to see some guest beers too, something for everyone on the menu. i got to meet both the husband and wife responsible for the place, young folks, excited to be there, was good to chat with them, they seem down to earth. i look forward to watching them grow up a little bit, for now the beer is fun and the space is enjoyable and i think they are off to a good start.
