Landwinkl Bräu

Recently opened, but has a rustic feel from 40 or so years ago. Comfortable. Not large, but cosy. I sat at the bar, just about unheard of in Germany, but still felt welcome. While they have their own brews on tap, they also had some "guest" brews to have some Weizen biers available. Bar food was available, no dinner meal, but well made. I will go back on my next Bamberg visit. I keep going back. Great staff, like beer, and they take good care of customers!
