West Coast-style IPA brewed with our friends at Caius Farm Brewery in Branford, CT. Bristol to Branford pours a bright, clear golden hue with a dense white foam and is bursting with aromas of yuzu, dragonfruit and peach. Each sip has flavors of blueberry kush and apricot and finishes clean and dry.
We used a blend of hops including Mosaic Cryo, Mosaic DynaBoost, Mosaic HyperBoost, Comet, Nelson Sauvin, and Super Sauvin to create a really crushable, unique and modern take on a West Coast IPA that blends both breweries' styles.
