Rich, Decadent and with strong Fluffernutter vibes, Frenchmen Street is an imperial stout. At 11.4%, this bold stout took months to make, undergoing an extended secondary fermentation on an indulgent addition of fresh roasted peanuts, real marshmallows and vanilla beans. Sweet aromas of fluffernutter and mocha blend with a silky, smooth mouthfeel and flavors of tangy chocolate pudding, Fudgsicle, and mild roast.

8 ball black with a tall, dark tan nearing brown foam head.
Pretty potent, the marshmallow nose gives way to a roasty chocolate taste with an almost bourbon sort of punch, but then I realize it's the peanut melding with the booze.
The beautifully fluffy, puffy head belies a bold, aggressive pastry.
