Above the Wavelength is a medley of spring flavors that are undeniably refreshing. For this version we chose a blend of real blueberry, peach and Meyer lemon, then added in some graham cracker notes. We also used Audacia hops from Indie Hops, which lend some background black currant and lingonberry flavors. The result is a bright, semi-tart sour that tastes like an delicious springtime pie. Notes of lemon and peach dominate the nose, while each sip is full of blueberry jam flavor that leads into a subtle graham cracker crust finish.

Partially foggy burnt yellow with a fluid surface building no head.

This kettle sour has that damp biscuity flavor some of the old school ones used to, with a little blueberry Sweet Tart backing.

They offered samples of this and Copperdome and I'm glad they did because the old lady came here looking at the wrong taplist thinking there would be a passion fruit sour on, and instead these were on, and both were pretty lackluster.
