Cave Ghost is a Czech-style dark lager which is smooth and refreshing, with notes of Baker's Chocolate, biscuit, and almond. The base of this dark lager is Weyermann Floor-malted Bohemian Pilsner and Floor-malted Bohemian Dark, two Czech malts that offer unparalleled malt depth and sweetness. Accented with Hallertau Mittelfruh and Tettnang for a clean and subdued continental bitterness. Cave Ghost pours a clear light black hue with ruby edges, a khaki-colored head, and has a silky mouthfeel with a refreshing tangy finish. Naturally carbonated and lagered for 6 weeks, Cave Ghost is dark and full of mystery, just how we like it.
