Brewed with floor-malted UK-grown Maris Otter, Crystal 30 and CaraBohemian malts, creates layers of biscuit, cracker and toast flavors. Good Sir pours a crystal-clear pale orange with a thick white head. We chose Contessa and Audacia hops as an accent piece, lending aromas of fresh-cut flowers, lavender, orange peel and green tea. Fermented with our favorite English ale strain from the Fullers brewery.
